2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

3. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must remove personal belongings from their vehicle before service. 808 Auto Detail is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
• We require that vehicles be in a drivable condition and free from hazardous materials.

4. Service Satisfaction

• We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns.

5. Liability

• 808 Auto Detail is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or damage that occurs due to customer negligence.
• We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or emergencies.

6. Privacy

• We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms

• 808 Auto Detail reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Honolulu, Hawaii.
